1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and pphoki ("Platform", "We", "Company"). This document governs your access to and use of all services provided by pphoki, including the website, mobile app, games, sports betting, live casino, online bingo, and all other related features available on the platform.

Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendments to the Terms and Conditions will be considered automatic acceptance of all such changes. We therefore encourage you to review this document from time to time to ensure you are always aware of the latest applicable rules.

2. Member Eligibility

To be eligible to use pphoki's services, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

3. Account Registration

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any one time. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other details — are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts involved and the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

3.1 Account Information

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes:

• Exact date of birth
• An active and reachable mobile phone number
• A valid and active email address
• Accurate bank account or e-wallet details for withdrawal purposes

3.2 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. pphoki will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account by a third party. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Pphoki offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, and other exclusive offers. All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements stated in their respective promotion terms.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member, account, IP address, device, or household unless otherwise stated
• Pphoki reserves the right to cancel any bonus suspected of being obtained through fraud, abuse, or breach of terms
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged, or cashed out without meeting the specified wagering requirements
• Bonus wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period; expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically
• Pphoki reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice

5.2 Bonus Abuse Policy

Any attempt to abuse the pphoki bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, colluding with other members to manipulate bonus conditions, or using automated software — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and possible permanent account closure.

6. Wagering Rules

All bets placed through the pphoki platform are final once confirmed by the system. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet details before confirming them.

• Pphoki reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that had already started or concluded before the bet was accepted
• In the event of an obvious technical error, pphoki reserves the right to void and refund the affected bets
• Minimum and maximum betting limits are as displayed within each game or market
• Pphoki uses an independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator) system to ensure the fairness of all casino and bingo games
• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed unless there is solid evidence of a technical error reported within 24 hours

7. Member Conduct

You agree to use the pphoki platform in a responsible, ethical manner and in full compliance with all stated rules. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorised tools to access or manipulate the platform
• Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage
• Spreading false or defamatory information, or misusing the pphoki name to third parties
• Engaging in any form of fraud, identity falsification, or hacking of the platform's systems
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activities
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pphoki support staff

8. Account Closure and Suspension

Pphoki reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or for valid operational reasons. In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms:

• All active bonuses will be cancelled immediately
• Account balance may be held pending completion of the investigation
• Pphoki reserves the right to deduct any losses or damages incurred as a result of such violations from the account balance

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our support team. Once an account is closed at the member's own request, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal after a final review is completed.

9. Privacy and Data Protection
